My name is Nichola and I'm the founder of the Bake Shed. I've always had a passion for designing cakes so it was the obvious choice for my next career move once all 3 of my children were at school and needed me less. I decided to go back to college and learn some of the science of baking to compliment my passion for designing and creating cakes and bakes. I run an honesty shed in the village selling brownies , cookies , cakes, tarts, cinnamon buns etc. As well as the honesty shed I also cater for any occasion with my bespoke celebration cakes.
